Gubernatorial approval ratings (2015-2019)
A recurring Morning Consult poll measured the approval ratings of governors in all 50 states on a quarterly basis between 2015 and 2019. This page served as a hub for these approval ratings. It does not receive active updates.

Q3 2019
This map shows the net approval ratings of governors in all 50 states as measured in the Q2 2019 Morning Consult gubernatorial approval poll. In the Q3 2019 poll, the seven governors with the highest approval ratings were:
- Charlie Baker (R-Mass.) - 73 percent
- Larry Hogan (R-Md.) - 70 percent
- Phil Scott (R-Vt.) - 64 percent
- Mark Gordon (R-Wyo.) - 63 percent
- Chris Sununu (R-N.H.) - 62 percent
The five governors with the lowest approval ratings in the Q3 2019 poll were:
- Matt Bevin (R-Ky.) - 34 percent
- Ned Lamont (D-Conn.) - 35 percent
- David Ige (D-Hawaii) - 36 percent
- Gina Raimondo (D-R.I.) - 36 percent
- Kate Brown (D-Ore.) - 38 percent

- Chris Sununu (R-N.H.) - 65 percent
- Phil Scott (R-Vt.) - 60 percent
- Asa Hutchinson (R-Ark.) - 59 percent
- Doug Burgum (R-N.D.) - 59 percent
- Mark Gordon (R-Wyo.) - 59 percent
The five governors with the lowest approval ratings in the Q2 2019 poll were:
- Matt Bevin (R-Ky.) - 32 percent
- Ned Lamont (D-Conn.) - 32 percent
- Gina Raimondo (D-R.I.) - 38 percent
- Kate Brown (D-Ore.) - 41 percent
- Ralph Northam (D-Va.) - 42 percent

- Chris Christie (R-NJ) - 25 percent
- Sam Brownback (R-SD) - 25 percent
- Dan Malloy (D-CT) - 29 percent
- Mary Fallin (R-OK) - 35 percent
- Rick Snyder (R-MI) - 38 percent
