A Guernsey County tax levy was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Guernsey County, Ohio where it was approved.[1]

This measure added a tax levy for 0.5 mill for 5 years for maintaining and operating the Guernsey County Senior Citizens Meals on Wheels program commencing in 2012 to be first due 2013.
