The election in San Lorenzo Unified featured two seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. There was no primary election.

Two at-large incumbents, Isabel Polvorosa and Helen T. Randall, were up for re-election. Randall and challenger Janet Zamudio won the two seats by defeating Polvorosa, Steven Kirk, Guillermo Nevárez and Ronald Joseph Pereira II.

Nevarez filed Form 470 to indicate he would not be spending or receiving more than $1,000 in this election. Because of that, he did not have to file any additional campaign finance reports.[1]
