Text of the question:
“ | Shall the Charter of the City of Gulfport, Article III, Legislative, Section 306, Vacancies; Filling of Vacancies, be amended to establish the filling of vacancies within thirty (30) days, allowing the remaining membership when less than a quorum exists to fill vacancies and providing for a special election when there exists more than one hundred eighty (180) days until the next regular election. Providing for the filling of extraordinary vacancies by the Governor's Office?
