Gustavo A. del Puerto
Gustavo A. del Puerto is a housing court judge for the Northeast Division of the Massachusetts Housing Courts. He was nominated to the court by Republican Governor Charlie Baker in 2018.[1] He may serve on the court until he reaches the age of 70.[2]
Education
Del Puerto received his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. from Northeastern University’s School of Law.[1]
Career
Del Puerto previously served as an assistant clerk magistrate in the Housing Court Department of the Northeast Division of the Commonwealth’s Trial Court. Prior to that, he was a senior associate at Sassoon & Cymrot in Boston, Massachusetts. He also worked as an associate at Gargill, Sassoon & Rudolph, and as counsel for the Chelsea Commission on Hispanic Affairs, Inc.[1]
