Gwendolyn Franklin
Gwendolyn "Gwen" A. Franklin was a 2014 independent ("Bullying Breaks Hearts") candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 10th Congressional District of New Jersey.[1] Franklin was defeated by incumbent Donald Payne, Jr. (D) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[2]
