The ballot title for Homestead Tax Exemption Increase Measure was as follows:
| “ | Shall the Act be approved which increases the homestead exemption from Gwinnett County school district ad valorem taxes for educational purposes in the amount of $8,000 of the assessed value of the homestead for residents of that school district, which represents a $4,000 increase in such exemption? | ” |
