H. Cary Payne was a district court judge for the 24th Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1] He was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in May 2012 to a term that commenced on July 1, 2013 and expired in 2016.[2]
Career
Before he became a judge, Payne served as an assistant prosecutor for Amherst County, Virginia.[3]
