H. David Cotta is a former Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 55 from 2006 to 2014.
Biography
Cotta served as a Chief Warrant Officer 4th Class/Pilot in the United States Army.

Cotta won re-election in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 55. Cotta ran unopposed in the June 12 Republican primary and defeated Amy Sylvester (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
