H. Geoffrey Moulton Jr. was a judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He was appointed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf in June 2016 and confirmed by the Pennsylvania State Senate on June 27, 2016.[1] He succeeded David N. Wecht, who was elevated to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court effective January 7, 2016.

Judge Moulton filed to stand as a Democrat for partisan election in 2017 in order to remain on the bench.[2] He was defeated in the general election.

Education

Moulton received his bachelor's degree from Amherst College in 1980 and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1984.[3]
