H. Vincent Conway, Jr.
H. Vincent Conway, Jr. was a circuit court judge for the 7th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He was appointed to the court by Governor Jim Gilmore in 1999 and retired in February 2015.[2]
Education
Conway received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary in 1970 and 1973, respectively.[3]
Military service
Conway served as an air traffic controller in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1966.[2]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the court, Conway worked in private practice for 26 years.[2]
