Shall the Board of Commissioners of the Hagerman Cemetery District be authorized and empowered to permanently increase the property tax levy as permitted by Section 63-802 (1)(g), Idaho Code in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) for the purpose of maintaining and operating the District beginning fiscal year 2014 provided by resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Hagerman Cemetery District adopted on March 26, 2013? Approval of this levy increase is necessary to maintain and operate the District. IN FAVOR OF authorizing the permanent override levy in the amount of $15,000 AGAINST authorizing the permanent override levy in the amount of $15,000[1][2] |
