Haile Rivera
Haile Rivera (Democratic Party) ran for election to the New York City Council to represent District 14. Rivera lost in the Democratic primary on June 22, 2021.
Rivera was also a 2013 Democratic candidate in the special election for District 86 of the New York State Assembly.[1]

2013
Rivera ran in a special election for New York State Assembly District 86. The seat was vacant following Rep. Nelson Castro's (D) resignation amidst a bribery scandal. Rivera was defeated in an open primary, which took place on September 10.[2][1][3]
