Ruling blocking publication of book by Mary Trump (2020)

On June 30, 2020, Greenwald issued a temporary injunction blocking the publishing company Simon & Schuster from publishing the book Too Much & Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man, written by President Donald Trump's niece Mary L. Trump. President Trump's brother, Robert S. Trump, had requested the injunction and claimed that the book contained information violating a confidentiality agreement to which Mary Trump was party.[5] Attorneys for Mary Trump and Simon & Schuster responded by filing an appeal with Supreme Court Appellate Division, Second Department.[6]
