Hal R. Ray Jr. is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He joined the court on June 24, 2016, and his current term will expire on June 23, 2032.[1][2]

Education

Ray earned his B.A. from the University of Texas, Austin, in 1981, his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1984, and his LL.M. from the University of London in 2006.[1]
