Halmer Hull Emmons
Halmer Hull Emmons (1814-1877) was a federal judge on the United States Circuit Courts for the Sixth Circuit.
He was nominated by President Ulysses Grant on January 10, 1870. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 17, 1870, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on May 14, 1877.
