I am a community activist with a public servants heart. I put compassion above all else and I will fight for the rights of everyone. I earned my bachelor's degree in international politics and criminal justice and I will push for evidence based policies For All Texans.
  • I support public education. All public funds must go to public schools, absolutely no vouchers. We must teach the truth of the world to children, not censor the curriculum based on religious or political ideologies.
  • I aim to secure reproductive rights. We must restore women's rights to control their own bodies, health, and futures. We must safeguard contraceptives, IVF, and abortion care.
  • I will protect rural healthcare. Regardless of where Texans live, they must have equal access to healthcare and hospitals. The federal Medicaid expansion must be accepted in Texas.
Public health and safety policies, including reproductive rights, healthcare, gun safety. Policies dealing with individual liberties, like ensuring these are not infringed upon in education or person life; I call for equality for the LGBTQ community.
It's most important for an elected official to show compassion for everyone they represent, meaning no group is attacked or disproportionately negatively affected by proposed policies.
I care deeply about others. My parent's taught me that everyone is deserving of love and acceptance, and I've carried that value with me my whole life. I put compassion above all else.
And I'm not afraid to go against the grain. Not only is it okay to be different and be true to myself, it is so important to do this and show others that they are valued just the way they are.
The responsibilities of a Texas state house rep are to respectfully represent their constituents while also considering they are making policies for Texas as a whole and the diverse population within.
Government accountability means putting importance on public health and safety and protecting our individual liberties. Laws must not be passed if they contribute to declining public health and safety.
