Hany Mawla
Hany Mawla is a judge for Part C of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division. He assumed office on October 11, 2024. His current term ends on December 31, 2043.
Mawla was a judge on Vicinage 13 of the New Jersey Superior Courts. He was appointed to this court in 2010 by Governor Jon Corzine.[1] Mawla was reappointed to the court on December 19, 2016.[2]
Education
Mawla received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University.[2]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the bench, Mawla was a partner in private practice.[3]
