Harland Bradley Howe (1873-1946) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Vermont.

He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on February 19, 1915 to fill the seat vacated by James Loren Martin. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 22nd, and received commission that same day. On January 31, 1940, he assumed senior status. He retired on July 31, 1945. Howe was succeeded in this position by James Leamy. Howe passed away on April 22, 1946.
