Harlem Township Electrical Aggregation Proposition (April 2013)

A Harlem Township Electrical Aggregation proposition was approved on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Winnebago County and in Stephenson County, which are in Illinois.
This measure authorized the Township of Harlem to arrange for the supply of electricity to its residents and small businesses in unincorporated portions of the township, who do not opt out of the program.[1]
