A Harlem Township Fire Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Delaware County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Harlem to impose a property tax levy of 3.5 mills ($3.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for your years in order to fund fire protection services.[1]
