Harold A. "Hal" Hinesley is a judge of the Toombs Circuit of Georgia.[1] He won re-election in 2012 for a term expiring in 2016.

Education

Hinesley received both his A.B. and J.D. degrees from the University of Georgia.[2]

2012 election

Hinesley ran unopposed for re-election to the Toombs Superior Court.[3] He was re-elected after receiving 99.7 percent of the vote in the July 31 election.[4]
