Harold D. Williams
Harold D. Williams is a former member of the Maryland Public Service Commission. He served in the position from 2002 to August 2017.[1][2]
Biography
Prior to joining the Maryland Public Service Commission in 2002, Williams spent nearly 20 years with the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE). He worked as BGE's director of corporate procurement services, directed the procurement re-engineering process, and led the Procurement Opportunity Program (POP) and the Minority and Women Business Program.[1]
