Harold H. Greene (1923-2000) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Greene was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on March 22, 1978, to a seat vacated by John Sirica; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 17, 1978, and received commission two days later. He assumed senior status on August 6, 1995, and served in that capacity until his death on January 29, 2000.[1]
