Harold J. Freeman was a 2013 judicial candidate for the Norwalk Municipal Court in Huron County, Ohio. He was defeated in the May 7, 2013 Republican primary election.

Freeman ran unsuccessfully for the Norwalk Municipal Court after receiving 22.1 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 7th. He and Scott Christophel were defeated by Erie R. Weisenburger.[1]
