Harold Michael
Harold Michael is a former Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He represented District 47 from 1988-2012. In 2001 he served as House Majority Whip.
Michael is an insurance agent. He attended Strayer School of Finance in Washington DC.[1]
