Infrastructure: Infrastructure is the foundation of our economy and is central to our day-to-day lives. Harold’s goal is to repair roadways in the district and to make them easily accessible for recreational and commercial use. He also plans to ensure safe drinking-water supplies through the protection of the region’s surface and ground water. Harold will work to ensure stable, reliable internet service to attract businesses to New Mexico.

Environment: New Mexico is a beautiful place and Harold plans to keep it that way. He will work to expand the development of renewable-energy sources.
