Two Harper Woods Police and Library Levy Measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the township of Harper Woods, which is in Wayne County but was later taken off.
The first measure sought to increase and renew the current police and fire levy to a rate of $2.96 in order to pay for fire protection services offered in the township.[1]
The first measure sought to renew the current library levy in order to pay for library services offered in the township.[2]
