Harrisburg School District Borrowing Proposition (November 2009)
The Harrisburg School District Borrowing Proposition was on the November 3 ballot in Boone County for voters in the Harrisburg School District.
The proposition asked district voters to approve the borrowing of $1,300,000 in order to help fund repairs at the district schools. The borrowed amount would be paid off through increased property taxes, adding $1.15 to the current property taxes on district residents.[1]
