The question on the ballot:
Shall the Harrison District Library be authorized to levy a new additional tax annually upon the taxable value of all property subject to ad valorem taxation within Hamilton Township in an amount not to exceed 0.95 mill ($0.95 for each $1,000 of taxable value) for a period of eight (8) years, 2012 through 2019, inclusive, to provide funds for all Library purposes authorized by law?[3] |
