The question on the ballot:
Shall the authorized Charter Millage for General Operations purposes within the Charter Township of Harrison, Macomb County, Michigan be renewed at up to 6.6876 mills ($6.68 per $1,000 of taxable value) upon real and tangible personal property, which will raise estimated revenues of $5,877,029.00, of which 4.8900 mills shall be allocated for fire protection services, including vehicles, apparatus, equipment, housing, personnel, and emergency medical and ambulance service; 1.4188 mills for police protection services; and up to 0.3788 mills for the general operations within the Township for Year 2012?[3] |
