Harry A. Haines was an Article I federal judge on the United States Tax Court. Haines was nominated to the court by President George H.W. Bush on April 22, 2003. He took senior status on May 30, 2009.[1][2]

Education

Haines earned his B.A. from Saint Olaf College in 1961 and his J.D. from the University of Montana Law School in 1964.[2]
