Harry Bennett Anderson (1879-1935) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

He received a recess appointment from President Calvin Coolidge on September 12, 1925 to replace John William Ross. On December 8, 1925, he was nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 29, 1926, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on April 9, 1935.[1] Anderson was succeeded in this position by John Donelson Martin.
