Harry Clabaugh (1856-1914) was the Chief Justice on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Clabaugh passed away on March 6, 1914.

District of Columbia, Chief Justice

Clabaugh received a recess appointment from President Theodore Roosevelt on April 1, 1903 to fill a seat vacated by Edward Franklin Bingham. He was nominated on November 10th. He was confirmed by the Senate on November 16,1903 and received commission that same day. He served until his death on March 6, 1914.[1]

District of Columbia, Associate Justice

Clabaugh was nominated by President William McKinley on February 21, 1899 to fill a seat vacated by Louis Emory McComas. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 2, 1899, and received commission that same day. He served on this court until May 1, 1903.[1]
