Biography

Harry Clarke lives in Lexington, Kentucky. He earned a bachelor's of music education from Delta State University and a master's in music from Vanderbilt University. Clarke’s career experience includes working as a professor at the University of Kentucky. Clarke was elected to serve as a councilmember of the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government.[1]
