Harry G. Carroll
Harry G. Carroll was a judge on the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. He was promoted to the court by Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner on June 26, 2013, and assumed the bench on August 1, 2013.[1][2] Carroll retired in 2018.[3]
Education
Carroll received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University and his J.D. from the Fordham University Law School.[4]
Career
Prior to his elevation to the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, Carroll served as a judge for the New Jersey Vicinage 2, a position he was appointed to in 2002 by Governor Donald DiFrancesco and was reappointed to in 2008 by Governor Jon Corzine. Carroll also previously worked as an attorney in private practice, served as a municipal court judge for several municipalities, and was a municipal prosecutor for the boroughs of Leonia and Bogota, New Jersey.[1][4]
