Harry Lindley Hupp (1929-2004) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Hupp was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on February 14, 1984, to a seat vacated by Andrew Hauk; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 20, 1984, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on April 1, 1997. He served the Central District of California until his death on January 27, 2004. Hupp was succeeded in this position by Howard Matz.
