Harry "Don" L. Phillips, Jr. is a former family court judge for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina. He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly on May 25, 2011. He passed away on October 2, 2015.

Education

Phillips received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1991.
