Harry "Don" L. Phillips, Jr. is a former family court judge for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in South Carolina. He was elected to the court by the South Carolina General Assembly on May 25, 2011.[1] He passed away on October 2, 2015.[2]

Education

Phillips received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1991.[3]
