Harry Hunter MacLaughlin (1927-2005) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

MacLaughlin was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on August 4, 1977, to a seat vacated by Earl Larson; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 16, 1977 and received commission three days later. He served as chief judge for a stint 1992 prior to assuming senior status on October 1 of that year. He served in this capacity until his death on May 3, 2005.
