Harry Moberly, Jr.
Harry Moberly, Jr. (b. September 2, 1950) was a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives. He represented the 81st District from 1981-2011.
In January 2010 Moberly announced he would not be seeking re-election. He stated, "Thirty-one years is long enough. It's time to get some new blood in here."[1]
Moberly works as an Administrator at Eastern Kentucky University. He previously served on their faculty from 1988-1990. Moberly has also had his own law practice, worked as an attorney for Coy, Coy & Moberly, and served in the United States Naval Reserve.
He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks #581, American Bar Association, Association for Student Judicial Affairs, Greater Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Madison County Bar Association.[2]

On November 4, 2008, Moberly was re-elected to the 81st District Seat in the Kentucky House of Representatives, defeating J. Lance Combs (L).[3] Moberly raised $46,212 for his campaign, while Combs raised $0.[4]
