Harry Osterman
Harry Osterman was a member of the Chicago City Council in Illinois, representing Ward 48. He assumed office in 2011. He left office on May 15, 2023.
Osterman ran for re-election to the Chicago City Council to represent Ward 48 in Illinois. He won in the general election on February 26, 2019.
Before becoming a member of city council, Osterman was a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 14th District from 2001 to 2011.[1]

The city of Chicago, Illinois, held elections for city council on February 24, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was November 24, 2014.[2] In Ward 48, incumbent Harry Osterman was unopposed.[3][4]
2010
Osterman won re-election to the 14th District Seat in 2010 with no opposition. He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on February 2nd. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[5]
