Harry Phillips
Harry Phillips (1909-1985) was a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
Phillips was nominated by President John F. Kennedy on June 4, 1963, to a seat vacated by John Donelson Martin; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 28, 1963, and received his commission on July 3rd. He served as chief judge from 1969 until he assumed senior status on January 15, 1979, and served in that capacity until his death on August 3, 1985.[1]
