Harry Smail Jr.
Harry Smail Jr. is a judge of the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.
Smail (Republican Party) ran for election for judge of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He lost in the general election on November 7, 2023.
Smail also ran for election for judge of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. He did not appear on the ballot for the Republican primary on May 16, 2023.
Smail was appointed by Governor Tom Corbett on June 20, 2014, for a term expiring in 2015.[1] Smail ran for a full 10-year term on the court and was elected on November 3, 2015.[2]
