A Hartford Township Road Levy Replacement measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Hartford which is in Licking County.

This measure sought to replace the current roads levy with one set at a rate of 2 mills for a period five years in order to further pay for road and bridge maintenance costs in the township.[2]
