A Harvard City Electricity Aggregation Question was on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the city of Harvard which is in McHenry County.

  • NO 106 (33.44%)[1]

This measure sought to allow City officials to arrange the supply of electricity in the city for residents and businesses in order to obtain lower costs. Residents and businesses have the option to opt out of aggregation if they want.[2]
