Harvey Shearer
Harvey Shearer was a 2013 Democratic candidate for District 52 of the Kentucky House of Representatives.[1]

Shearer ran for election in the special election for Kentucky House of Representatives District 52. The seat was vacant following Sara Beth Gregory's (R) resignation after winning election to the Kentucky State Senate in a special election in December 2012. A few weeks earlier she won re-election to the Kentucky House of Representatives on November 6, 2012. Shearer was defeated by Ken Upchurch (R) in the special election on February 12, 2013.[2][3][1]
