The ballot title was as follows:[1]
“ | Shall the State be authorized to issue special purpose revenue bonds and use the proceeds from the bonds to assist not-for-profit private nonsectarian and sectarian elementary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities, and to be allowed for all entities to combine special purpose revenue bonds into a single issue in an amount not to exceed the combined total amount for the separate issues that are combined?[2] | ” |
