The Hawaii Collective Bargaining for Public Employees, Amendment 20, also known as Amendment 20, was on the ballot in Hawaii on November 5, 1968, as a convention referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed one addition to the constitution: Article XII, Section 2. The amendment would allow public employees to engage in collective bargaining as provided by law.[1]
