The Hawaii Constitutional Convention, Amendment 2, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Hawaii on November 2, 1976, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to convene a convention to propose revisions of or amendments to the constitution.[1]
