The Hawaii Convene a Convention for Constitutional Proposals, Amendment D, also known as Amendment D, was on the ballot in Hawaii on November 4, 1986, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The Amendment asked whether a convention to propose a revision of or amendments to the constitution ought to be held.[1]
